Hi, I’m Emily Hester, your local estate planning attorney in Cardiff by-the-Sea.

I’m here to help you protect what matters most—your family, your assets, and your legacy—by creating an estate plan that keeps your loved ones out of court and out of conflict. Most importantly, I want to give you the peace of mind that comes from knowing your family won’t be left with unnecessary stress or legal battles.

I received my B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and my J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law. I am also wife, mother of two kids, and small business owner. On the weekends you can find me at the beach, walking, hiking, or spending time in my backyard with my husband and two kids.
